Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum monitoring period is 3 months.

2. No contracts or sign-up fees.

3. Cancellation requires 24 hour written notice. Material shipped at time of cancellation are billable.

4. New customers must complete and submit a credit application form which must be approved prior to commencing Brand Monitoring. Payment must be received within 14 days of billing date of first 3 invoices. Late payments will void Brand Monitoring service.

5. Adz Media Monitoring is not responsible for digital material that cannot play, open or operate on customers computer without the correct software and/or equipment required to view material ordered.

6. We reserve the right to deny or refuse any Brand Monitoring service to any company that we feel may not benefit from competitive media information monitoring.
