1. Minimum monitoring period is 3 months.
2. No contracts or sign-up fees.
3. Cancellation requires 24 hour written notice.
4. New customers must complete and submit a credit application form. Pre-payment must be received prior to competitive media monitoring.
5. Adz Media Monitoring is not responsible for misdirected, lost or misplaced email due to computers which may categorize "Media Alerts" as spam or junk mail.
6. We reserve the right to deny, refuse and cancel this service at any time, without prior notice, to any company who we feel may not be benefit from competitive media information monitoring.
